ORDERS :

All artworks are original and created using high quality materials. 

All artworks purchased are for personal use only and should not be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Please note: When browsing, image colours may vary depending on the screen you're viewing on, however every effort has been made to accurately display colour and details of each artwork. I am happy to send additional photos or videos prior to purchase if you are buying a non-custom piece.

Upon purchasing a piece of artwork from my website, you are confirming that you have read the description prior to purchase.

All confirmed orders will receive a confirmation email with receipt of purchase.

SHIPPING :

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise. 

Shayla packages all of the artwork herself, meaning it is her full priority to ensure her artwork arrives as safely as possible to its new home, you can be assured that every precaution is taken for the artwork to be fully protected during delivery transit. 

Please note, the customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.

RETURNS :

Under normal circumstances, I do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork, however if anything out of the ordinary was to happen during delivery or if you have an issue with your order, then you can get in contact with me here to discuss what I can do for you and if the artwork can be returned for a refund.

Refunds may be offered at my discretion and will only be processed once a returning artwork is received and if there is damage to the artwork that can be proven.

All artwork is packaged incredibly safely to ensure safe transit.

Please ensure you read all information provided, such as sizes etc of an artwork prior to purchase. 

If you are unsure about colour matching, feel free to ask for additional photographs or a video of the artwork before purchase. 

If any additional information is required before committing to a purchase, please get in contact here and I will do my best to get back to you promptly.

Custom orders are non-refundable!

PAYMENTS :

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for commission orders. Please see the commissions page for further information on commission orders and payments in relation to them.

Enchanted Art Studio owns all artworks until final balance has been paid.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

As the artist and owner of Enchanted Art Studio, I retain the right to:

1 - Update my prices and policies when I see fit.

2 - Under very rare circumstances cancel or extend order/dispatch times, which would of course be communicated and agreed with you before any changes are made to your order. 

3 - Request additional information, for example if the delivery company requests a different address than the address given at checkout.
