This website is lovingly operated by Shayla McAllister of Enchanted Art Studio. By visiting or purchasing through this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which apply to all users.

Please take a moment to read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or placing an order. Updates and changes may be made at any time, so it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

🌙 Custom Order & Deposit Policy

  • All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin. This deposit secures your order and covers the cost of materials purchased specifically for your piece.

  • Customers may choose to pay in full upfront; however, please note that 50% of that payment is still considered a non-refundable deposit once materials are purchased.

  • If an order is canceled, only the remaining balance (beyond the deposit) is eligible for refund.

  • Deposits may be applied toward a future custom piece if preferred, but cannot be refunded.

🌿 Orders

All artworks are original, handcrafted pieces created with high-quality materials and intention. All purchases are for personal use only and may not be used for marketing, resale, or promotional purposes.

✨ A gentle note: Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, but every effort has been made to represent each piece as accurately as possible. If you’d like to see additional photos or videos before purchasing a ready-made piece, please feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help!

By purchasing a piece from Enchanted Art Studio, you confirm that you have read and understood the full description of the artwork.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt of purchase.

🌿 Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Each piece is lovingly wrapped and prepared by Shayla herself, so you can be sure every precaution is taken to protect your artwork as it travels to its new home. ✨📦

Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply once your package reaches your country.

🌙 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the postal carrier, Enchanted Art Studio is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please double-check your shipping address and ensure your delivery location is safe and secure.

If something goes missing after delivery, I encourage you to contact your local post office or carrier to start a claim.

I wish I could send a forest guardian with every parcel, but once it leaves my hands, it’s in theirs. Thank you for your kind understanding. 🍄✨

🌿 Returns

Under normal circumstances, I do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork. Each piece is unique, carefully crafted, and described in detail to help you choose the right fit for your space.

However, if something unexpected happens during delivery or you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me — I’ll do my best to help you find a solution. Refunds may be offered at my discretion and will only be processed once the returned artwork is safely received and any damage can be confirmed.

Each piece is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives safely at its new home. Please read all provided information, including measurements, before placing your order. If you’re unsure about colors, I’m always happy to share additional photos or a video — just ask!

If you need any extra details before committing to a purchase, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’ll respond as quickly as I can. ✨

🌿 Payments

Enchanted Art Studio retains ownership of all artworks until the final balance has been paid in full.

🌿 Additional Information

As the artist and owner of Enchanted Art Studio, I retain the right to:

1️⃣ Update my prices and policies whenever needed.

2️⃣ In very rare cases, cancel or extend order or dispatch times — but I will always communicate and agree any changes with you first. ✨

3️⃣ Request additional information when necessary — for example, if a delivery company requires a different address than what was provided at checkout. 🌙
